Mai Thai

Ingredients:

0.75cl Sugar Syrup
3cl Rum from Martinique
1.5cl Curaçao Dry Orange
3cl Rum from Jamaica
0.75cl Almond Syrup
2cl Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker with plenty of crushed ice, then pour everything into a large beaker together with the crushed ice. Additionally, fill up to the rim with crushed ice. If a special aroma is desired, 2 fresh mint leaves can be mixed in the shaker.

For decoration, place two black drinking straws, a sprig of fresh mint or even just a leaf on top of the drink and serve.
