Tropical Dream Fizz – The Non-Alcoholic Exotic Cocktail
This non-alcoholic fizz will transport you on a mental journey to the sea with pineapple, coconut, and lime. The combination of fruity freshness, subtle sweetness, and a silky foam makes it a tropical highlight – completely alcohol-free.
Recipe
Ingredients
5 cl pineapple juice (fresh or not-from-stem juice)
2 cl coconut syrup or coconut cream (e.g., Coco Lopez)
2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cl sugar syrup or agave syrup (optional, depending on the sweetness of the juices)
2 cl aquafaba or 1 egg white (for foam)
Soda water or coconut water to top up
Bar Equipment
Cocktail Shaker
Fine strainer
Highball or tiki glass
Ice cubes
Preparation
Add all ingredients except soda water to the shaker. Shake vigorously without ice (dry shake) to create a stable layer of foam. Then add ice and shake vigorously again.
Strain into a glass with fresh ice and top with soda water or coconut water. Stir gently.
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple leaf, a lime slice, and some grated nutmeg or coconut flakes.
Extra Tip
A small splash of ginger juice or a few drops of vanilla extract will add extra depth and a touch of exoticism to the drink.
